Our Story

WELX was born in 2016 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from a simple but powerful idea: to create audio products that offered the best possible balance between quality, reliability, and price.

The journey began with the manufacturing of audio cables, built to withstand real-world use. Long nights in studios, loud stages, constant travel, setups and breakdowns — WELX products were designed to survive where music actually happens.

What started as a small project quickly gained attention. As years passed, thousands of artists around the world began adopting WELX products, not because of marketing hype, but because they simply worked. Reliability turned into trust, and trust became a synonym for quality.

As the brand grew, WELX expanded its catalog while staying true to its core values: thoughtful design, consistent quality, and fair pricing. From its roots in Argentina, WELX continued its expansion into Europe and Asia, working closely with partners, manufacturers, and logistics hubs to support a growing global community of artists.

Today, WELX designs tools for DJs, producers, and music professionals at every stage of their journey — from first gigs to international tours — staying faithful to its original mission: building products artists can rely on.

Orders & Processing

  • Orders are usually confirmed within 24 hours after purchase.
  • Shipments are dispatched within an estimated timeframe of 24 to 72 hours.
  • If an item is not in stock, the customer will be informed before proceeding.

Shipping & Costs

We offer domestic and international shipping.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, order size, and selected delivery method. All shipping fees are calculated automatically on the website during the checkout process.

For remote or hard-to-reach locations, the final shipping fee may differ from the initial website quotation. In such cases, the customer will be contacted in advance to approve any adjustment before shipment.

DDP Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid)

Whenever the destination country allows it, WELX uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping methods.

This means that, when possible, import taxes, duties, and customs fees are prepaid, simplifying delivery and reducing unexpected costs at the time of reception.

In countries where DDP is not available or permitted, shipments are handled under standard conditions, and any additional customs charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs, Taxes & Responsibilities

  • International orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties, or customs fees.
  • These charges are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • WELX has no control over customs clearance times.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into their country.

Returns

Due to the nature of international shipping, returns are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.

Warranty & Customer Support

WELX does not offer returns due to the nature of international shipping.

That said, we firmly stand behind the quality of our products. Every WELX product is covered by a reliable warranty against manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.

If a problem is valid and not caused by misuse, we will always help the customer. In such cases, WELX will resolve the issue by sending a replacement product in perfect working condition, ensuring the best possible experience.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To request warranty assistance, customers simply need to contact our support team and provide proof of purchase along with a brief explanation of the issue. Photos or videos may be requested to speed up the resolution.

Our goal is simple: if the issue is real and fair, we take responsibility and make it right.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, damage at origin, or any product-related issue, WELX will apply its warranty policy and resolve the situation by sending a replacement product in perfect condition, at no additional cost to the customer.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

Tracking & Support

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment in real time.
