By placing an order with WELX AUDIO, the customer expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 All products will be shipped as quickly as possible. If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, it will be dispatched once it becomes available.
1.2 Orders marked as “FREE SHIPPING” will be sent using the method WELX AUDIO considers most suitable, either home delivery or pickup point, depending on the customer’s location. No shipping preferences will be accepted under this modality.
1.3 For pickup point shipments, WELX AUDIO will provide a tracking number. The customer is responsible for tracking and collecting the package. If the package is not collected in time and returned to WELX AUDIO, the customer must pay for a new shipment to receive their product.
2.1 If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to WELX AUDIO or the courier’s responsibility, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.
2.2 If the customer ordered the wrong item, an exchange can only be accepted if the product is unopened and unused. In such cases, the customer must cover both shipping costs (to and from).
3.1 Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. WELX AUDIO is not liable for packages held or returned due to unpaid import fees. If a product is returned for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the associated costs.
4.1 All products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. To request a replacement, customers must send a video clearly showing the issue. If a factory defect is confirmed, a new product will be sent free of charge.
4.2 The warranty does not cover:
Improper or extreme use of the product
Mishandling or forced installation
Use outside of the intended purpose
Accidental damage or misuse
WELX AUDIO is committed to acting in good faith and resolving any genuine product issue promptly and professionally.
5.1 If a product is returned for a claimed defect and is found to be in perfect condition, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost paid by WELX AUDIO.
5.2 Refunds will not be granted for reasons unrelated to product defects (e.g., “I no longer need it”, “I ordered the wrong model”, or “I expected something different”), unless expressly approved by WELX AUDIO.
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that:
WELX AUDIO will deliver a high-quality, defect-free product.
In the event of a valid issue caused by the company or the courier, the customer will receive a fair resolution.
If the customer fails to meet obligations (e.g., not picking up a package, not paying import fees, misusing the product), warranty claims or refunds may be denied.
7.1 Products may be shipped from warehouses in Europe, the USA, China, or Argentina, depending on stock availability and customer location. Therefore, transit times may vary, influenced by internal and external factors such as stock delays, customs processes, or international logistics.
7.2 If an order is delayed by more than 15 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery time, the customer will automatically receive a $10 USD gift card as a gesture of goodwill and commitment to customer satisfaction.
